Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lunaris Health PLLC is a cash-pay telehealth practice. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.

1. Confirmed Appointments

Appointments are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.

2. First-Time Visits

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or account credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

3. Follow-Up Visits (Members Only)

Members who have completed an initial visit may cancel or reschedule follow-up appointments with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed follow-up appointments are non-refundable.

4. Prescription Refill Requests

All prescription refill service fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of clinical outcome.

5. Technical Issues

If an appointment cannot be completed due to technical issues on the provider’s end, the visit will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Technical issues on the patient’s end do not qualify for a refund.

6. Emergencies

In the case of a verifiable medical or personal emergency, patients may contact us within 24 hours of the missed appointment for consideration of a one-time courtesy credit.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Force Majeure

Lunaris Health PLLC reserves the right to modify or suspend services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or public health emergencies.
