• Alternative antivirals like remdesivir or molnupiravir when Paxlovid isn’t suitable 

• Symptom management: acetaminophen, ibuprofen, cough relief, hydration, rest

• Additional support: education about rebound symptoms, isolation protocols, and when to seek in-person care
