Virtual Post-Operative Recovery Visit This 30-minute tele-health visit is ideal for patients recovering from routine or uncomplicated procedures. Get expert follow-up, medication review, short-term pain management guidance, and recovery support from Mel Randle, AGACNP-BC—an ICU-trained Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. Need more support? You may add concierge nursing through our luxury line, NovaLuxe RN. In-home RN services are available at $199/hr, or bundled into curated post-op and chronic care packages. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy — Lunaris Health PLLC Effective Date: 7/21/2025 Lunaris Health PLLC is a cash-pay telehealth practice committed to delivering quality, accessible care. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, no-shows, and refunds. 1. First-Time Visits Appointments must be prepaid via our booking system (Wix). You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or transfer of credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. 2. Follow-Up Visits (Members Only) “Members” are patients who have completed their initial 60-minute visit (booked at $199 through Wix) and have received access to the Charm Health patient portal. Through this portal, members can schedule follow-up visits, message providers, and request prescription refills without requiring a full telehealth appointment. Follow-up visits are billed at $125. Members may reschedule or cancel follow-up appointments with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed follow-ups are non-refundable. 3. Prescription Refill Requests All prescription refill payments are non-refundable, regardless of clinical outcome. 4. Technical Failures If your appointment cannot proceed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If issues arise on the patient’s end, the standard cancellation policy applies. 5. Emergencies We understand that true emergencies occur. If you experience a medical or family emergency, you may email us within 24 hours of the missed visit for consideration of a one-time credit toward a future appointment. 6. Refund Processing Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 7. Force Majeure Lunaris Health PLLC reserves the right to modify this policy during extraordinary events such as natural disasters or public health emergencies.
