What to Expect After Booking

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a secure telehealth visit link at the email address you provided during booking.
2.
At the time of your appointment, simply click the link you received after booking and your provider will join you for your secure video visit. You can use a phone, tablet, or computer.
No additional apps or downloads are required.
3.
During your consultation, she will review your concerns, complete a personalized assessment, and develop a care plan tailored to your needs.
4.
Prescriptions and lab orders can be sent during your visit to a convenient pharmacy or lab location near you.
5.
If a follow-up visit is recommended, your provider may help schedule it during your appointment. You may also book follow-up care by calling 708-427-8700.

Follow-up visits are $149.00 each.
Once therapy has been established and you are in maintenance care, patients are generally expected to follow up every 3–6 months, based on their treatment plan and clinical needs.
