After booking, our office will call you to confirm your appointment, verify your ID, collect insurance details, or process payment for self-pay patients.

Attend Your Visit & Receive Your Care Plan
At your appointment time, click the secure link in your email to connect with Mel online. During your visit, Mel will review your health history, symptoms, medications, concerns, & goals.
