How Onboarding Works: Pre-Visit: Check email for your secure invitation to the HIPAA-compliant CharmHealth Patient Portal. You must complete intake forms and upload any past medical/lab records before your session. The Visit: Connect virtually to build your protocol and activate your $99/mo membership. Ongoing Care: Log into the portal to book follow-ups, message your provider, view visit notes, and access prescription/lab orders. Tech Check: Log in 5 mins prior with a stable connection, camera, and mic. Policy: 24-hr notice required for cancellations/rescheduling to avoid a $25 fee. Auto-billing recurs monthly until canceled.
